Each Medical ID product includes a permanent Free account or can be linked to an existing Medical ID account. After receiving it, open QR Products in the app, select Link to account, and enter the product's seven-character PIN.
Once linked, the QR code opens the emergency information you have shared. Check it using the preview and a test scan. An unlinked product remains assigned to your account and cannot simply be transferred to another account.
