Open Medical Profile → Medical History and go to Implants. Select Add to Medical History, then Implants and then Continue. Mandatory information is type of implant, body site and date of implantation. If known, you can add the manufacturer, model, size, serial number, batch number, UDI and Notes — optional.
If there are several display languages, Continue is followed by the translation check. The body part in the main language is intentionally read-only there; the translations can be corrected. Activate Translations reviewed and continue. An additional note can trigger a second check step. After the last check, select Save.
