Confirm note "Carefully weighed"
The reference can refer to two different areas:
- Health information: Open Medical Profile → Quick Check and select Use Quick Check? Yes. Then confirm with Understood, continue in the hint window and answer each point.
- Treatment instructions: Open Advance Directive → Instructions and select Yes at Use these instructions?. Then confirm with Understood, continue in the notification window and check each item.
The confirmation is not a permanently visible button of its own. It appears as a notification window as soon as the respective area is activated to Yes.
Implant: Confirm body site and translation
In the case of an implant, the part of the body is first entered in the form. If several profile languages are active, a separate translation step follows after Next:
- Check the part of the body in all the languages displayed.
- Check the box next to Translations reviewed.
- Then select Save. If a note has also been entered, the same check step for the note follows beforehand.
The display of the body part in the translation step does not mean that it has to be re-entered. The value in the main language is intentionally read-only there; only the translations can be corrected.
