Open Medical Profile → Medical History, go to the appropriate category and select Edit or Delete for the existing entry. Use the existing entry for a correction instead of creating the same issue a second time.
Medical content is maintained in your main language first. If several display languages are active, only the actually translatable free texts such as body parts or annotations are offered for review; structured selection lists are already localized. Correct technically inaccurate language versions, activate Translations reviewed and select Save. The original information and each confirmed language version must reflect the same medical content.
Use Edit when the dosage, status, date, or other information changes. Delete is for listings that are no longer part of the profile. Before making a new entry, check to see if the same thing already exists.
