Your profile consists of personal master data and your medical history. Both appear in an emergency (depending on the tariff) for helpers and Doctors.
Personal Data
Open Personal Data in the user menu and stay in the My Data tab. There the information is divided into several cards: - Under Personal Data you maintain photo, name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, eye color, language skills and display languages. - Under Contact details you maintain address and telephone numbers. - Under Health insurance you can store your health insurance company, insurance number and health insurance number. - Under Email address you change your login address; the new address must then be confirmed.
Select Save changes in each card. A recent photo will help first responders match you to the correct emergency profile.
Medical History
Under Medical Profile → Medical History you can maintain your health information in categories: - Allergies - Intolerances - Medications - Chronic Conditions / Diagnostics - Disabilities - Implants - Surgeries - Vaccinations - Doctors
Add a category
- Select Add to Medical History.
- Select the category you want to add.
- Enter the required fields and, if appropriate, Notes — optional in your primary language.
- Select Continue if a translation step is offered.
- Check the content of the language versions and activate Translations reviewed.
- Select Save. The entry will then appear in the relevant category.
Multilingualism
You enter the information in your main language; for your other display languages, translatable free texts are automatically suggested. Selection lists such as Allergy triggers or vaccination types are already linguistically stored. You can check and adjust suggested translations. A profile language is available in the free scope; during the test phase and with Lifetime, all eight supported profile languages are available.
Edit or delete entries
Select Edit for the existing entry, change the information and select Save. With Delete you can remove an entry. Do not create the same medical issue twice.
Tip: Keep Allergies, Medications and important diagnoses up to date – these are the details that count most in an emergency.
