In the Downloads area, you can output your documents. This includes a Advance Directive created with the generator – With signature or without signature depending on the selection – and My medical profile. For the profile, first select the desired display language under Choose language and then Download profile as PDF.
The profile PDF is compiled in this order: 1. personal data and Emergency contacts, 2. Table of Contents, 3. active treatment instructions, 4. Active Quick Check, 5. Medical History, 6. the Advance Directive, 7. Other Documents in their slot order.
Areas that are not activated or not released due to the tariff are not displayed. The Advance Directive and other Documents are attached to the profile as attachments; they are therefore not lost when the profile is downloaded.
If content is missing despite saved information, first check the selected language, the tariff and whether Quick Check or treatment instructions are fully activated and confirmed. Then refresh the page and create the file again. If the PDF remains incomplete, report only the affected category to support and no medical details in the normal chat.
