Medical ID is available as a free account and as a lifetime (one-time, permanent).
When you first complete onboarding, you can try Lifetime features for free for 30 days. During this active trial period, the same feature areas as Lifetime are unlocked. After expiration, the free scope applies if Lifetime has not been purchased.

With the free account, you can use the core features: - Personal data, emergency contacts and living wills. - A language (your language of residence). - Personal data, emergency contacts and living wills are visible in the emergency view.
A free account with at least one actively connected QR product will be retained. If there is neither a lifetime nor an active QR product after the end of the trial period, you will first receive warnings by email. Without a response, the account will be completely deleted 37 days after the end of the trial period. Therefore, connect your product or save the required data in good time.
Lifetime
With Lifetime you permanently unlock all functions: - All eight profile languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek and Polish. - Automatic translation of your medical data. - Medical history, quick check, treatment instructions and all emergency areas.
Lifetime is a one-time payment – not a subscription and not a time-limited activation. It remains permanently active for this account.
Buy Lifetime directly in the app
The regular price displayed in the app is 65 euros. Individual existing customers can see a personal, cheaper offer; the amount that is displayed in the checkout before payment is always binding.
In the checkout – if available for the account and PayPal processing – you can choose between PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit. After successfully confirming the payment, Lifetime is activated and the invoice is sent by e-mail. As long as a payment is still being processed as "pending", it is not yet finally completed.
