Lifetime is a one-time, permanent activation and not a subscription. The regular price in the app is 65 euros; in the case of a personal existing customer offer, the amount visible in the checkout may be lower.
Depending on availability in PayPal payment processing, you can choose PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit. The payment methods that are actually offered to you in the checkout are decisive.
A payment with the status pending is still in process and not yet finally confirmed. If Medical ID shows that PayPal has accepted and processed the payment, do not start a second payment. Lifetime is automatically activated as soon as PayPal confirms receipt of payment. Repeated browser feedback continues the same purchase attempt and should not generate additional orders.
After the successful payment confirmation, Lifetime is activated. The invoice is then created and sent by e-mail. Invoice creation does not block the already confirmed Lifetime activation; if the invoice is missing by way of exception, support can track it on the basis of the payment.
If you have been charged, but Lifetime remains inactive after a reasonable processing time, please send the account email address and the PayPal transaction number, if available, to support. Do not send complete bank or card information.
