In the Medical ID Shop, select the desired product and the variants offered. In the shopping cart you can check quantities, remove items and check the order total. Your email address, name and full delivery address are required for the order; a phone number is optional.
Payment
Payment is made via the PayPal payment methods actually offered in the checkout. First, fill in all mandatory fields. A payment with the status pending is still being processed – please do not pay again. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed automatically.
Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order number and a confirmation by e-mail. If the e-mail is missing, also check the spam folder. For a support request, the order number is sufficient; do not send complete card or bank details.
