Open Medical Profile → Medical History and go to Disabilities. Select Add to Medical History, then Disabilities, and then Continue. Select the disability, severity, and start. Add Notes — optional if necessary. Enter different restrictions as separate entries.
If several display languages are active and you have entered an annotation, check the language versions, activate Translations reviewed and select Save. You can update entries later via Edit or remove them with Delete.
