Open Medical Profile → Medical History and go to Procedures. Select Add to Medical History, then Surgeries and then Continue. Mandatory information is type of procedure, body part and date of surgery. Add Notes — optional if necessary.
If there are several display languages, first check the body part and then – if available – the annotation. Activate Translations reviewed in each offered check step and select Save after the last step. You can update an existing entry later via Edit or remove it with Delete instead of creating the same intervention again.
