Open Personal Data in the user menu and switch to the Security tab for additional protection of the login.

  • Two-factor authentication: Select Enable two-factor, link an authenticator app, and confirm the setup with the generated code.
  • Passkeys: Select Set up passkey on a supported device and browser, confirm using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a Securitysschlüssel, then give the device a name. You can Add another passkey later.
  • Active devices & sessions: Check which devices your account is signed in to. Select Sign out for a single session or Sign out all other devices.
  • Login activity: Check suspicious logins. The login history is automatically deleted after 90 days.

If a passkey doesn't work on a device, sign in with your password and, if applicable, 2FA and manage the passkey in the Securityseinstellungen. Don't remove a passkey that works until at least one other secure sign-in option is available. If you've lost access to your authenticator app, contact [email protected].
