Forgot / Reset Password
If you don't remember your password: 1. Click Forgot password? on the login page. 2. Enter your Email address. If an account with this address exists, we'll send you a link to reset. 3. Open the email and follow the link. You'll be asked to enter the 6-digit Verification Code from the email. 4. Set a new password, confirm it and select Save password.
Notes: - The Verification Code is valid for one hour – reset the password as soon as possible. - If you don't receive an email: Check the spam folder and make sure the address is correct. You can request a new link via Forgot password?. - Then log in as usual with the new password.
Change password (if you are logged in)
- Open Personal Data in the user menu.
- Switch to the Security tab and open Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password and confirm it.
- Save – "Password has been updated."
Use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else. It shouldn't contain common words, your name, email, phone number, etc.—so it's not easy to guess.
Change Email address (login address)
Your Email address is the address for login and Securitys notifications. A change requires verification of the new address: 1. Open Personal Data in the user menu, stay in the My Data tab and go to Email address. 2. Enter the new Email address and click on Send confirmation email. 3. We will send a confirmation email to the new address. 4. Open this email and click the link to complete the change.
Only after clicking on the confirmation link is the new address active. As long as you do not confirm, your old address remains valid.
Confirm Email address (after registration)
After registration, we will send you a confirmation link (or a 6-digit code) to your Email address. Open it to activate your account. If the link has expired, you can request a new one.
