Open Medical Profile → Medical History and go to Intolerances. Select Add to Medical History, then Intolerance, and then Continue. Under Type, specify whether it's Food or Medications. Then select Triggers, Symptoms, and Severity; add Notes — optional if necessary.
If several display languages are active and you have entered an annotation, select Continue, check all language versions, activate Translations reviewed and select Save. Without an annotation to be translated, you can save directly.
Intolerances and Allergies are separate categories. Choose the appropriate category so that helpers can classify the information correctly. You can change an existing entry via Edit or remove it with Delete.
