A helper can reach the Emergency View by scanning the QR code or entering the product PIN. No login to your account is required. The content released for emergencies is displayed according to your plan and settings.
Via Emergency View you can control for yourself which tariff-dependent areas of your profile are released for helpers. Check the Emergency View for important changes to medications, allergies, contacts, Advance Directive or Documentsn and before you use a QR product in everyday life.
A helper can optionally leave a telephone number for queries when calling. It is transmitted to the notified Emergency contactsn, stored only temporarily and deleted after 30 days.
