Open Medical Profile → Medical History and go to Allergies. Select Add to Medical History, then Allergy, and then Continue. Select the trigger, any matching subtriggers, the symptoms you experienced, and the overall severity of the Allergy. Add Notes — optional only if necessary.
If several display languages are active and you have entered an annotation, select Continue, check all language versions, activate Translations reviewed and select Save. Without a comment to be translated, you can save directly. You can Edit or remove the Allergy later via Edit or Delete. Enter different Allergies as separate entries and keep particularly severe reactions up to date.
