The Email Status page is a read-only overview of your Shopify notification setup. It compares the 52 supported templates with the languages created in Smart Emails.

What the table shows

  • Template — the Smart Emails notification template
  • Installed — whether Smart Emails can identify its generated marker in the primary Shopify notification body
  • Language columns — whether a Smart Emails body_html translation exists for each secondary locale

The page reads the current Shopify resources. It does not rely only on the editor's last save state.

Missing primary installation

Open Exports, copy the primary-language code for the template, paste it into the matching Shopify notification, and save it. Refresh Email Status afterwards.

Missing language version

Confirm that:

  1. the primary template is installed
  2. the language exists in Smart Emails
  3. the Shopify locale is enabled and published
  4. the translation synchronization has completed

The Home page can show a synchronization prompt when installed templates are missing language versions.

Outdated templates

When generated HTML changes, Smart Emails marks affected content as outdated. The primary language requires a new manual export. Secondary-language bodies can be regenerated automatically after the updated primary structure is available.

|| Email Status verifies the email body. It does not confirm that the Shopify notification subject line has been translated.
