Plans - Free — Design and preview all 52 supported templates. Export five templates: Shipping Confirmation, Order Refund, Gift Card Created, Customer Account Welcome, and Customer Account Invite. - Pro launch offer — $79 USD billed once per year. Export all 52 supported templates, use all currently supported languages, and receive priority support. The regular annual price will later increase to $99 USD. Customers who start the existing $79 annual subscription keep that subscription price when the regular price increases. A new subscription after cancelling may be offered at the price available at that time. There are no additional fees for adding languages or translating supported text. Smart Emails currently supports 33 languages, with more languages added continuously. You can start with the free plan and upgrade at any time. Your design work remains available; upgrading unlocks all templates and paid-plan language installation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Smart Emails subscription at any time through Shopify. 1. Go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing 2. Find Smart Emails in your active subscriptions 3. Click Cancel subscription What happens after cancelling? - Your exported email templates stay active in Shopify — they do not disappear - Live changes (colors, text, translations) stop working - Your design data is preserved — you can re-subscribe anytime to restore everything || Note: If you just want to pause, you do not need to cancel. Your emails keep working even if you do not open the editor.
